Keynotes & Public Speaking

I love the old-fashioned, face-to-face, decidedly low-tech challenge of connecting with people via keynotes, lectures, and fireside chats. Since 2005, I’ve appeared on stage nearly 200 times, including at Harvard University, Netflix, and SXSW. (Check the bottom of this page for a list of places I’ve given talks.)

Through my speaking and workshops, I help individuals and teams take control of their energy and attention so they can make time for the things that matter to them.

This includes the Design Sprint, a five-day process that helps teams focus on their most important projects. I helped develop the process at Google Ventures and co-wrote the global bestseller Sprint.

I also introduce audiences to Make Time, a simple framework that helps people focus on what matters every day, based on my book Make Time. Thousands of readers have joined us in questioning the defaults of distraction, busyness, and exhaustion to put themselves and their priorities first.

I talk about Making Time at Work, the application of this philosophy to ongoing team collaboration and process. I developed these ideas while working in the fast-paced, always-connected culture of Silicon Valley and shared them with the world via Harvard Business Review.

Each of my talks is customized for the needs and goals of the event and audience. If you don’t see exactly what you’re looking for here, please send me a note and we can talk about it.
