And now, a brief message from the City of Chicago

Today I received this great news in the mail:

Dear John Zeratsky,

On 08-10-2005 you were issued a ticket for: NO CITY STICKER OR IMPROPER DISPLAY.

As a defense to this ticket you have asserted that the violation is factually inconsistent. An Administrative Law Officer has review all the evidence submitted, either in person or by mail, by the City of Chicago.

It is the finding of the Administrative Law Officer that the information submitted supports a determination that the violation did not occur.

Consequently, you are not responsible for the fine.

Although I don’t know why the city would pass up this revenue opportunity, I am more pleased than you can possibly imagine. I can’t believe it worked! Wow!
