The University of Wisconsin announced a new initiative, Rolling Out the Red Carpet, aimed (presumably) at improving the historically hostile fan atmosphere at Badger football games. While this is amusing alone (“loud and friendly can co-exist,” they say), my favorite part is the announcement on their home page:
